March means that the year is in full swing now. You’ve learnt the names of your new colleagues and have mostly got the hang of your new job.
In our experience though, the early starts are harder to get used to than simply remembering Pietie, Tsego and Sue-Ann’s names. What’s worse is trying to fit a healthy breakfast in. It is true what they say about breakfast being the most important meal of the day. Not only does it improve concentration, mood, lower cholesterol levels and quicken your metabolism, but skipping breakfast can actually cause you to gain weight.
